Washinton Adventist Hospital Sub-Acute Unit, Takoma Park, MD

9,500 SF, 20 bed sub-acute nursing facility on completely renovated nursing floor including: patient rooms, nurse station, rehab therapy room, dining room/day showers, and offices. This project was delivered using double shifts to minimize down-time.

Long Term:

Caroline Nursing Home, Denton, MD

The project consisted of the following: new administration wing addition and renovation of existing facilities included but not limited to patient roosm, dining hall, new nurse's station, bathrooms/showers and corridors.

Medical Office/Equipment:

Peninsula Regional Medical Center - Joint Venture - Salisbury, MD

A $98 million phased master facility plan to the existing hospital.  The phased construction begins with the construction of a 400 car Parking Garage and utility relocations in preparation of a new 142,000 SF Emergency Department wing.  The tower above the new wing will provide two 20,000 SF facilities, including a Critical Care Unit and Medical Surgery Unit.  A new Heart Center entrance will provide the hospital with an additional 6,700 SF to welcome patients.  The Hospital’s Cancer Center will realize an additional 12,812 SF with the existing center 9,835 SF being renovated.  Additionally, another 42,000 SF will be renovated to provide new diagnostic imaging, pharmacy, outpatient services, and mother-baby space.

A new 38,200 SF two-building addition and 39,400 SF renovation.

ICU/CCU Build Out @ Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, Rockville, MD

Build-out approximatley 6,000 square feet of new shell area to accommodate the intensive care and critical care units.
