Renovation and addition to a 1930's home. Added a master bedroom suite and guest/pool house, plus completely renovated the existing home. When finished the house was approximately 8,500 SF and pool house was about 3,000 SF.

Tra-Vigne, Earlysville, VA

This was a 17,000 SF Tuscan villa on a 137 acre vineyard in Albemarle County. It was completed in 2002 and much of the finish work and workers were brought over from Italy, including the marmorino plaster, cotto tiles and Italian marble stone work.

Cabin, North Garden, VA

Construction of a 2,000 square foot accessroy cottage. The building is a combination of rustic cottage and log cabin architecture, perched on a challenging rock hillside. Careful attention was paid to use environmentally safe "green" products, and nestle the building onto the site with minimal disturbance.
